Having something custom made opens up options for the client that just aren’t available on the high street. We work with you from concept to delivery to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your new addition for your home. Being bespoke makers, we can dive down into the details, grain direction, timber colouration, matching boards, dimensions, storage options, finishes that level of detail makes sure that you get exactly what you want.
First contact, having as much information as possible helps us to narrow down our field of view and make sure we’re on the same page from the start. Things to think about, what timber species you would like, what style ( examples of the style in the form of imagery help ), dimensions, storage demands, and budget. This step doesn’t need to be done at the workshop, though you’re more than welcome to drop in. Or over email/phone if that suits you, we’ve created beautiful pieces of furniture for clients across the country that we’ve never met in person.
Second step, we’ll work on an initial design and quotation for you. We’ll email you through a design document for you to go through, this is the stage you’ll make wholesale changes to your brief if you don’t like what we’ve come up with. It’s a lot easier to modify digital renderings than modify furniture in the workshop.
Thirdly, we agree on a budget and design. After approval we’ll send through a deposit invoice for 50% of the quote. After payment, we’ll get started.
Fourth, the piece arrives at your home. We’ll look after delivery Australia wide. Balance payment is due upon delivery.
